Sendmail reputation data is based on the largest network collection method on the Internet, analyzing over 95% of all Web traffic. A reputation class is calculated using the following criteria: sending volume, content risk level, spam ratio, and valid bulk ratio. Sendmail recommends looking up your own reputation, along with IP addresses which send mail on your behalf.
