Overview

Description

Review of configuration of Sendmail components. Limited to recommendation of "best practices" on up to 10 machines/software components. Third-party milters will be reviewed, but no changes will be made to the production environment

Symptom(s)

Messaging network has multiple components crossing several IT boundaries, a map and summary of each component is required; IT is flooded with day-to-day tactical issues and haven't had the time to evaluate how to improve their email infrastructure.

Deliverable

Email Architecture Review Report; Includes a summary of each component and interaction, with short and long term recommendations.

Immediate "tweaks" are provided while on-site; mid-term and long-term considerations are also supplied.
